About the job
What You'll Do:
1. Engage & Counsel: Connect with prospective students and parents over the phone to explain Coachify's courses, personalized mentorship, and scholarship options.
2. Manage Pipelines: Track daily interactions, update lead engagement levels, and maintain accurate records using our internal Sales CRM.
3. Convert Leads: Guide aspirants through the admission process, helping them select the right batch (Weekend, Crash Course, or Regular) to meet monthly enrollment targets.
4. Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with warm leads to build trust and drive conversions.

Other requirements
Exceptional verbal communication and persuasion skills (Hindi and English).
Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or educational counseling (EdTech experience is a major plus).
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management workflows.
A target-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for guiding students toward success.
Must be able to work full-time from our Jaipur office.
