About the Role

Pepper is looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Creative Producer to manage end-to-end production operations within a specific business vertical. Reporting to the Associate Director, Production , this role will be part of a collaborative team of producers and will be responsible for driving projects from brief to final delivery while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in production and project management, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, and can effectively coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors across both Indian and US markets.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Manage day-to-day production activities from project kickoff to final delivery.
• Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and task trackers.
• Coordinate resources, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure smooth project execution.

Process & Operations Management

• Ensure compliance with internal production processes, documentation, contracts, invoicing, and payment workflows.
• Maintain accurate project records, status updates, and production documentation.

Production Execution

• Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, production partners, and internal teams for timely delivery of assets.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet creative and production standards.
• Monitor project budgets and flag any deviations proactively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Content, and Account teams to facilitate seamless project flow.
• Resolve operational bottlenecks and support efficient collaboration across teams.

Client Coordination

• Support client communication by sharing project updates, timelines, and delivery statuses.
• Ensure deliverables are aligned with client expectations under the guidance of the Associate Director.

Risk Management

• Identify potential delays, risks, or resource constraints early.
• Escalate critical issues to the Associate Director and help implement corrective actions.

Process Improvement

• Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve production workflows, operational efficiency, and team processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• 34 years of hands-on experience in production, project management, or creative operations within an agency, production house, content studio, or creative organization.
• Experience working with Indian and US markets is mandatory.
• Strong network of vendors, freelancers, and production partners across relevant creative domains.
• Exposure to BFSI and/or Non-BFSI sectors is an added advantage.
• Bachelors degree in any discipline.

Required Skills

• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Understanding of creative production workflows across digital, video, social, and traditional media.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic hands-on skills in shooting simple reels/videos and/or video editing will be an added advantage.
