Job Title: Associate Director

Reports to: Sr Associate Director

Location: Mumbai

Job Purpose

The Associate Director will be responsible for driving growth of Executive Education business across the Government, Public Sector, and allied institutional ecosystem. The role will focus on building strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, converting opportunities into long-term partnerships, and managing the end-to-end business development lifecycle.

The individual will work closely with senior stakeholders across Central and State Government, CPSEs, PSBs, regulatory bodies, autonomous institutions, and other public sector organisations to position the institution as a strategic partner for leadership development and organisational capability building.

Job Outline

1. Responsible for revenue and pipeline generation from key Government and public sector accounts; and drive business growth with individual sales targets
2. Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high importance clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
3. Research key customer learning needs - Suggest solutions that answer clients requirements.
4. Contacting potential clients to establish network, arrange meetings and support in customer outreach Lead generation through rigorous outreach
5. Serve as contact point for key customers and internal teams.
6. Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
7. Strategize, identify and work on new growth opportunities in Government/semi government sector especially Embassies, International Trade organizations, Foundations, NGOs etc.; manage execution of program projects and tasks, end-to-end
8. Helping in Tender documentation and bid submissions for the vertical.
9. Prepare approach notes and proposal documents - Translate client-provided information into clear programme objectives and learning outcomes. Support in programme documentation and create knowledge collaterals.
10. Introduce solutions to new market opportunities and clients in Government and Public sector - Contacting potential clients to establish network, arrange meetings and support in customer outreach identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
11. Help conceptualize the program structure for internal and external stakeholders.
12. Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
13. Help in maintaining backend document repository and track invoicing and payments from Govt clients.

Job Specification

Education Qualification: Masters degree in business administration or education or a related discipline.

Skills Required:

• Experience in curriculum design and blended learning MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
• Good questioning, probing and listening skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Multi-tasking ability with superior time management skills
