About the job

We're looking for enthusiastic graduates to join our growing team at Avishya, a premium Indian apparel brand. This is a hands-on role where you'll work across retail operations, e-commerce, and customer experience. While you'll interact with customers, this is not a sales-target role. Our focus is on providing excellent service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. This is also not a coding job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in-store and over the phone/WhatsApp.
2. Handle customer queries, returns and exchanges.
3. Upload and manage products on Shopify, Amazon, Myntra and other marketplaces.
4. Update website banners, collections and product information.
5. Assist with basic digital marketing tasks such as publishing approved content when required.
6. Support day-to-day store and business operations.

Please note: This is not a desk-only job. You'll work across both our retail store and e-commerce business, depending on the day's priorities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, and believes every part of building a business matters from serving a customer to updating a website.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,25,000 /year
