About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and present architectural designs and plans2. Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
3. Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and provide design solutions
4. Revise designs based on client feedback
5. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
6. Supervise junior architects and interns
7. Monitor construction to ensure adherence to design specifications
8. Conduct site visits and resolve on-site issues
9. Integrate sustainable design principles into projects
10. Stay updated on industry trends and innovative design solutions Requirements: 1. Experienced architects and designers with architecture and interior design background
2. Good knowledge of detailing
3. Knowledge of CMDA rules
4. Photoshop, presentation
5. 3D and renders
6. Concept creation
7. Having knowledge about BOQ specification, quantity, quality, and understanding
8. Site knowledge is an added advantage
9. The speed with all required software knowledge to produce the best results is helpful
10. Willingness to learn and analytical thinking is a must
11. Experience 0 -10 years
12. Salary as per market and performance. Growth assured.
13. Software knowledge: Acad, Sketch up, Enscape, PPT, MS Office
