About the job
We are looking for a sharp, organised, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to the CEO to support day-to-day business operations, meetings, follow-ups, research, communication, and execution.
Key responsibilities: 1. Manage the CEO's schedule, calendar, meetings, reminders, and important follow-ups.2. Track pending tasks across teams and ensure deadlines and commitments are followed up on.
3. Prepare meeting notes, action items, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and business documents.
4. Coordinate with employees, vendors, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
5. Conduct research and draft professional emails, messages, follow-ups, and proposals.
6. Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and productivity tools to improve research, documentation, and execution.
7. Maintain confidential business information and provide concise status updates. We offer a supportive work environment, smooth onboarding, ease of doing the job, and a certificate of work experience.

1. Graduate or final-year postgraduate candidates can apply.

5. Candidates based in Jaipur or willing to relocate to Jaipur will be preferred.
