About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Generate leads through calling, references and other sources.2. Contact and interact with prospective customers.
3. Understand customer requirements and explain suitable financial/insurance products.
4. Follow up with customers and convert leads into business.
5. Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
6. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
7. Maintain customer records and update daily sales activities.
8. Coordinate with the team for documentation and customer onboarding.
9. Provide proper customer service and post-sales support.
