Good industrial salespeople are hard to find. If you’re one of them, this role can be extremely rewarding.
Compensation We believe strong salespeople should be well compensated. Our incentive structures are aggressive, performance-linked and often 50% or equal to your salary. High performers tend to do very well here. If that sounds like you, we should talk.

9 AM to 6 PM | Monday to Saturday (4th Saturday off)

What you’ll really do
- Meet industrial clients
- Visit sites
- Build contractor relationships
- Generate opportunities
- Follow up consistently and close business
You’ll be handling,
- end users
- contractors
- consultants
- industrial projects
- factory and warehouse customers
You will meet
- factory owners
- plant heads
- facility teams
- contractors
- consultants
- project teams
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Coordinate internally for,
- proposals
- technical discussions
- pricing
- project movement
Keep visibility on,
- projects
- competitors
- market movement
- opportunities in your region
You will do well here if you are someone who
- is comfortable in industrial environments
- can speak confidently with clients
- does not hesitate to pick up the phone
- understands follow-ups win deals
- enjoys being in the field
- likes building relationships over time
What we’re looking for
Really important,
- Common sense. (Rare, we know.)
- Strong written & spoken English
- 3–6 years of B2B / industrial sales experience
- Existing industrial connections in your region
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities at the same time
