Role Purpose

We are looking for a Sales Senior Executive who can generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, understand customer requirements, and support the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Identify and approach potential corporate customers.
• Arrange customer meetings and understand their requirements.
• Present NexGen's products, solutions, and services.
• Coordinate with the Pre-Sales and Technical teams for solution design and proposals.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and customers.
• Handle negotiations and work towards successful order closure.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline and customer database.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and repeat business.
• Follow up with customers for Purchase Orders (POs) .

Required Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, IT Sales, Technology Sales, or Solution Sales.
• Experience in selling IT solutions will be preferred.

Qualification

• Graduate / Bachelor's Degree Mandatory
• Engineering, Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related qualifications are preferred.

Mandatory Language Skills

The candidate must be able to communicate in all three languages:

• English
• Hindi
• Kannada

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good customer relationship and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate new leads independently.
• Experience in B2B or corporate sales.
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings when required.

Ideal Candidate

• A motivated and experienced sales professional with 3+ years of experience who can independently generate leads, manage customer relationships, drive the sales process, and convert opportunities into successful business orders.
