About the job
We are hiring four full-time remote Automation Developers based in India to build and maintain the CRM, automation, and reporting systems we run for ourselves and for our clients.
Key responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain automations in n8n and Make.com.2. Set up and manage GoHighLevel: pipelines, workflows, custom fields, calendars, forms, and funnels.
3. Integrate APIs and webhooks between CRMs, marketing tools, and third-party platforms.
4. Build dashboards and reporting on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
5. Monitor live automations, catch failures before clients do, and fix them.
6. Document what you build so the system stays maintainable. Details: 1. Full-time, permanent, fully remote from India.
2. This is a long-term hire, not a short contract.
3. Our client work is ongoing, and we hire people who grow with us.
4. 5 paid leave days.
5. Please read this before applying. This is a NIGHT SHIFT role. Our working day runs on Canadian Pacific business hours, so your working day in India is overnight, roughly midnight to 7:30 AM India Standard Time. We would rather you know that now than discover it after two interview rounds. Hiring process: One 15-minute screening call, then a technical conversation. We hire directly for our own company. We are not a recruiter or staffing firm, and we charge candidates no fee at any stage.

1. 1 to 2 years of building automations or integrations.
2. Hands-on experience with at least one of n8n, Make.com, or Zapier. We will train you on the rest.
3. Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
4. Able to work the night shift, overlapping Canadian Pacific business hours.
5. Clear written English.
