About the job
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented pre sales associate - lead generation who can connect with potential customers, nurture cold leads, and convert them into qualified hot leads for the sales team through effective communication and persuasive skills.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads to generate potential sales opportunities2. Engage prospects, identify their needs, and qualify leads effectively
3. Convert cold leads into hot leads and share them with the sales team
4. Pitch products/services clearly and confidently to generate interest
5. Handle objections professionally and resolve basic customer queries
6. Maintain accurate call records and lead data in the CRM
7. Meet daily/weekly calling and lead-generation target
