Role:-Business Development Manager -IT Solutions Sales (International Exp) Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in IT solutions sales, particularly targeting small enterprises and international markets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, a strategic mindset for market expansion, and excellent communication skills to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Sales Strategy Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients in the small enterprise segment. Identify and target international markets for IT services and solutions. Build a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and partnerships. Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure. 2. Solution-Based Selling Understand client business challenges and propose tailored IT solutions. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposal discussions. Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions. 3. CRM & Sales Operations (HubSpot) Manage and track sales activities, pipelines, and customer interactions using HubSpot. Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting. Optimize lead nurturing workflows and conversion strategies. 4. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Act as a trusted advisor to customers
