South Asia Sales Head

Location: India – Remote Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible to develop grain processing business particularly in biofuel ethanol in South Asia as per aligned with organizational mission and targets. 2. Identify and capitalize on regional opportunities for growth, partnerships, and innovation. 3. Develop go-to-market strategy with key action plans based on in-depth understanding of the industry trend, competitor, market needs, resources and support requirement, etc. 4. Lead and mentor sales managers and technical service managers and cross-functional teams across the region. Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative work culture. Ensure succession planning, capability building, and leadership development. Qualifications: 1. At least BSc. in Chemistry/Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering or any relevant fields with minimum 5 years working experience in biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry. 2. Strong background in the biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry. 3. Senior commercial experience with specialty chemicals or enzymes, including direct and indirect sales via sales channels. 4. Comfortable with multi-cultural and remote working environment, with strong proactiveness to work across functions internally and externally. 5. Solid People leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively drive opportunities and address challenges. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills; Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software, and CRM. 7.
