About the Role

We are looking for a motivated AR Associate to support the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) function. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting while adhering to organizational standards and service level agreements (SLAs).

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute monthly billing cycles, ensuring timely and accurate invoice generation.
• Address and resolve billing disputes by coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Manage the billing mailbox and respond promptly to client queries.
• Coordinate with clients to gather billing information and resolve discrepancies.
• Support collection activities to reduce aging receivables and improve cash flow.
• Reconcile outstanding customer accounts in collaboration with the AR team.
• Assist in cash application activities by ensuring accurate posting and validation of receipts.
• Validate transactional schedules and maintain accurate AR records.
• Maintain proper documentation of client contracts and related records.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and service level agreements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to work in US shift timings.
