Key responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
Assist with order tracking, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality support.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
