About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
2. Optimize product listings using SEO keywords to improve visibility and sales.
3. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketplace offers.
4. Analyze sales reports, traffic, and conversion data to improve performance.
5. Handle customer queries and ensure timely issue resolution.
6. Maintain marketplace compliance, account health, and performance metrics.
7. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
8. Good knowledge of product listing, catalog management, pricing, and inventory management.
9. Manage and optimize Amazon & Flipkart advertising campaigns.
10. Improve campaign performance through data-driven optimization (ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC).
11. 2-3 years of experience in E-Commerce or Marketplace Operations.
12. Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller, or similar platforms.
13. Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and Sumifs basic reporting).
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
