You will drive the technical vision, strategy, and execution for our product development initiatives. This role involves collaborating closely with product management, architecture, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and contribute directly to the company's growth and success.Key Responsibilities :- Define and implement the overall engineering strategy, aligning it with the company's business objectives.- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and coding standards.- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the engineering team.- Collaborate with product management to define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer needs and market opportunities.- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our software platforms.- Manage the engineering budget and resources effectively.- Act as a Technical Architect and Solution Architect, providing guidance and expertise on complex technical challenges.Required Skillset :- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large engineering teams, fostering a high-performance culture.- Proven expertise in Software Development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.- Deep understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and data structures.- Strong proficiency in Full Stack development technologies, including but not limited to Java, Python, JavaScript, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.- Minimum of 15- 25 years of relevant experience in software engineering and leadership roles.
