About the job
Seeking a dynamic and experienced backend system operations manager to join our team. As the backbone of our operations, you will play a crucial role in managing our backend systems and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the management of our backend systems, including MS-Excel, to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.2. Implement effective time management strategies to streamline processes and maximize productivity.
3. Manage inventory levels and optimize inventory management practices to minimize excess stock and reduce costs.
4. Coordinate order management activities to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
5. Lead a team of operations staff to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall operational efficiency.
