We're looking for great new colleagues.That's where you come in.We work in cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.Job Description :Requirements :- Experience : 7+ years in ServiceNow development.- Strong experience in ServiceNow SPM, CSM, and ITSM modules.- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and Integrations.- Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions.- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization.- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.- Experience with Jelly Scripting and AngularJS.- Experience in developing and maintaining integrations with third-party and enterprise applications.- Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices and governance.- Experience in component integration testing and troubleshooting.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Experience in ITOM, GRC, or HRSD modules will be an added advantage.- ITIL knowledge is preferred.Responsibilities :- Work with global teams to implement and enhance ServiceNow solutions across multiple locations.- Provide technical expertise for ServiceNow development, primarily within SPM and CSM modules.- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications.- Understand business requirements and support process standardization through effective platform design.- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.- Create scalable technical solutions aligned with business objectives and platform best practices.- Configure and customize ServiceNow using UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.- Develop solutions using Jelly Scripting and AngularJS where required.- Perform component integration testing and support end-to-end solution validation.- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and platform-related issues.- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and security best practices.- Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for platform improvements.- Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.- Contribute to the successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow modules across the organization.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
