Title: Salesforce QA Tester with Copado & Robot Framework Location: Remote Time: IST Duration: 6 months + Extendable Experience: 6+ years Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Tester with strong expertise in Robot Framework to ensure high-quality Salesforce releases. The role involves testing Salesforce configurations, integrations, and deployments while working closely with development and release teams. Key Requirements: Minimum 6 years of Salesforce experience Minimum 2 years of hands-on Robot Framework Strong knowledge of Salesforce testing (functional, regression, UAT support) Experience with Copado CI/CD, version control, and release management Good understanding of Salesforce deployments, metadata, and environments Strong communication and collaboration skills Variable Management & Scoping: Expects the candidate to demonstrate how to use ${scalar}, @{list}, and &{dict} appropriately and explain the risk of Global variables versus the necessity of Suite scope for cross-test data flow. Expect to have good proficiency on Python. Keyword Reusability: Expects the candidate to transform repetitive steps into parameterized User Keywords, effectively implementing a maintenance-friendly Page Object Model (POM).
