About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Be the first point of contact for our client outlet owners and managers, resolving their queries quickly over calls, WhatsApp, and email.2. Track daily and weekly performance for each outlet and prepare simple reports using Excel.
3. Coordinate with our internal team and with Zomato and Swiggy to close out issues on time.

Probation:
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
