Product Designer (Remote)

Role Overview : We are seeking a versatile Product Designer & Content Creator to bridge the gap between complex Enterprise AI capabilities and intuitive user experiences. In this role, you will act as the creative architect for our platform, translating sophisticated machine learning outputs into seamless, human-centric interfaces while simultaneously crafting compelling narratives that explain the value of our technology to stakeholders. You will work in close collaboration with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to ensure that our design language and content strategy are perfectly aligned. Design intuitive user interfaces and workflows for enterprise-grade AI tools to ensure complex data visualizations are accessible and functional for non-technical end-users.- Develop high-quality technical content, including product documentation, case studies, and feature explainers, to effectively communicate the business impact of our AI models to prospective clients.- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify friction points in the product journey, implementing design iterations that improve overall platform engagement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints, ensuring our product narrative remains cohesive.- Translate abstract AI concepts into clear, persuasive visual assets and copy that help stakeholders understand the ROI and operational benefits of our enterprise solutions.Required Skillset : - Demonstrated proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex SaaS or enterprise product design.- Exceptional ability to distill technical information into clear, professional, and engaging written content tailored for executive-level decision-makers.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate workshops and communicate design rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Proven capacity to thrive in a remote-first environment, maintaining high levels of self-discipline, proactive communication, and project ownership.- A background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in product design or technical content creation.- Adaptability to work within a fast-paced, iterative development cycle, balancing the need for rapid prototyping with the requirement for long-term design scalability.
