Sr Associate Software Engineer

Amgen seeks a Senior Associate Software Engineer in Hyderabad to design and maintain Salesforce applications supporting business operations. Responsibilities include developing Lightning components, configuring security settings, implementing integrations, and ensuring compliance with GxP standards. Candidates should have 4–9 years of software development experience with demonstrated Salesforce expertise.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce Lightning components using LWC and Aura frameworks
- Configure security settings, roles, profiles, and permission sets for access control
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and custom objects to meet business requirements
- Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Utilize Copado for source control, deployments, and pipeline automation
Requirements
- Master's degree plus 4-7 years in Computer Science or IT, or Bachelor's plus 5-8 years, or Diploma plus 7-9 years
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, and triggers with exception handling
- Experience configuring Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, roles, profiles, and sharing models
- Hands-on integration of Salesforce with internal/external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II preferred
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail
