Senior Specialist leading data enablement strategy for supply chain and manufacturing at a global biopharma company in Hyderabad. The role involves establishing governed, reusable data products across domains while partnering with business teams, platforms, and analytics to accelerate digital transformation and AI adoption.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive data enablement strategy aligned with business domain objectives and One Data Program
- Establish data standards, guardrails, and design principles for quality, metadata, lineage, and privacy
- Act as liaison between enablement organization and value teams to co-design domain data products
- Own and evolve data enablement roadmaps, prioritizing capabilities based on adoption and business value
- Partner with analytics and AI teams to ensure data products support current and future use cases
Requirements
- 5+ years in data enablement, governance, management, or analytics
- Proven experience in domain-centric or product-oriented data models
- 2-3 years proficiency with Collibra Data Catalog for governance
- Strong expertise in data quality, metadata management, lineage, and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to define and operate data products using product management principles
- Experience designing and implementing data governance frameworks and policies
- Exposure to advanced analytics, AI, or GenAI use cases and AI-ready data concepts
