Salesforce Administrator (Night Shift)

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with strong experience in Salesforce administration,
configuration, security, data management, and reporting. Experience with Claude or AI-assisted
tools is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, queues, public groups, and security settings.
Configure standard objects, fields, page layouts, record types, picklists, formulas,
validation rules, workflows, and assignment rules.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, list views, and Salesforce Campaigns.
Handle data imports, exports, mass updates, and data-quality activities.
Troubleshoot Salesforce configuration and user issues.
Implement approved enhancements using standard Salesforce functionality.
Support business users with Salesforce requirements and day-to-day administration.
Use Claude/AI tools for troubleshooting, documentation, requirement analysis, and
productivity.
Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
Strong understanding of Salesforce standard configuration and security.
Experience with data management, reporting, and user support.
Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
Experience with Claude or other AI tools is an advantage.
