ServiceNow Developer
ANP HR Consultancy
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and Request Management.- Lead ServiceNow ITOM implementations covering Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.- Configure and manage CMDB, Discovery, MID Servers, and infrastructure discovery across hybrid environments.- Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and external enterprise systems.- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and platform customizations.- Drive CMDB governance, data normalization, reconciliation, and health initiatives.- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to align ServiceNow capabilities with business objectives.- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.Required Skills:- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.- Strong expertise in ITSM and ITOM modules.- Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.- Knowledge of MID Servers, SNMP, WMI, SSH, and discovery patterns.- Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.- Experience with Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment, and Workflow Automation.- Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools such as Prometheus, OpsRamp, SolarWinds, etc.- Understanding of ITIL best practices.- Experience with DevOps tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.Preferred Certifications:- ITSM- ITOM- Discovery- CMDB- IntegrationHub (ref:hirist.tech)
