About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive customer acquisition and retention across digital and offline channels.2. Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google)
3. Optimize CAC and customer acquisition funnels
4. Manage hyperlocal campaigns
5. Develop referral and retention programs
6. Track campaign performance and ROI
7. Work with the creative team for campaign assets
8. Conduct society activations and local partnerships Note: 1. Early-stage team
2. High ownership expected
3. Direct reporting to the founder
