In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data solutions using Databricks and Rest API technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver robust data solutions that drive actionable insights.Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement data pipelines and workflows in Databricks to ingest, transform, and analyze large datasets.- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for data access and integration with various systems and applications.- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet business needs.- Optimize and troubleshoot data processes to enhance performance and efficiency.- Implement best practices for data governance, security, and quality across all data engineering projects.- Mentor and provide guidance to junior data engineers and team members.- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and big data analytics.Qualifications : - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on Databricks and REST API development.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java.- Experience with big data technologies, including Apache Spark and data lake architectures.- Strong understanding of database systems, data modeling, and SQL.- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure or AWS.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.What We Offer : - Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunity to work with a talented and innovative team.- Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and tools in the data engineering field.- A flexible and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth.
