About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Analyse business performance, key metrics and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
2. Support strategic planning and business review processes through data-backed insights and recommendations.
3. Conduct market research, competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
4. Define, monitor and analyse KPIs and growth metrics across key business functions.
5. Translate complex data and business information into clear, actionable insights for management and stakeholders.
6. Build and maintain dashboards, business reports and management presentations for performance tracking and decision-making.
7. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations and other teams to support and track strategic and growth initiatives.
8. Identify process gaps, performance issues and optimisation opportunities, and recommend practical solutions.
9. Track strategic initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring progress against agreed objectives and timelines.
10. Support ad-hoc business analysis and strategic projects based on evolving organisational priorities.
