WPS Sourcing Manager

Agilent seeks a Workplace Services Sourcing Manager based in India to lead procurement strategy for India and APAC countries. The role involves managing vendor relationships, executing RFPs, negotiating contracts, and delivering cost savings while ensuring compliance with sourcing policies. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree and bring 5–10 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop workplace services sourcing strategy for assigned countries and regions
- Lead RFPs, manage commercial negotiations, and execute end-to-end sourcing activities
- Conduct supply market analysis, cost modeling, and benchmarking activities
- Manage supplier relationships and contract review/renewal processes with stakeholder alignment
- Identify and present cost savings opportunities and sourcing engagement results to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent qualification
- 5-10 years sourcing experience in multinational, multicultural environments
- Fluency in Indian and English languages
- Knowledge of India and Asia Pacific workplace services markets
- Demonstrated RFP leadership and negotiation skills
- Ability to articulate strategy and gain senior management alignment
- Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision
