About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy, covering brand positioning, campaign planning, and budget allocation across digital and offline channels.2. Lead and manage the marketing team, including hiring, training, and day-to-day supervision of junior marketing staff and interns.
3. Design and run targeted marketing campaigns aimed at NRI investors and real estate builder partners, with a focus on lead quality and conversion.
4. Own marketing budget planning and ROI tracking, reporting results and recommendations directly to the founder.
5. Build and maintain consistent brand messaging across social media, website, and offline collateral.
6. Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing output with lead generation targets and pipeline goals.
7. Conduct market research on real estate trends, competitor activity, and NRI investor behaviour to inform campaign strategy.
