About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search engine rankings.
2. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
3. Manage and optimize on-page SEO elements, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.
4. Oversee off-page SEO activities, including high-quality link-building campaigns.
Perform technical SEO audits and work with the development team to resolve website issues.
5. Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
6. Track keyword rankings, traffic, conversions, and prepare regular performance reports.
7. Collaborate with content writers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to execute SEO initiatives.
8. Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and industry best practices.
Mentor and manage the SEO team, ensuring timely delivery of projects and achievement of KPIs.
9. Identify new SEO opportunities and implement innovative optimization techniques.
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
-Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.
-Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
-Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress CMS is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
-Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications:-
-Experience handling US-based or international clients.
-Knowledge of Local SEO, E-commerce SEO, and AI-assisted SEO strategies.
-Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
