About the job
The business development executive role focuses on expanding SkipperX's presence across universities while building a high-performing student ecosystem. The position combines partnerships, leadership development, marketing execution, and revenue enablement. The objective is not just outreach, but creating structured academic collaborations, activating campus communities, and converting engagement into meaningful opportunities for students.
Key responsibilities: 1. Establish and manage long-term institutional partnerships across India through value-based pitching.2. Recruit and mentor a national network of campus leaders to drive brand advocacy.
3. Execute high-impact online and offline initiatives, including bootcamps and hackathons.
4. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate and nurture qualified leads.
5. Focus on strategic relationship building and performance-oriented execution over transactional sales. Success in this role is measured through campus penetration, engagement quality, leadership development within the student network, and conversion of awareness into measurable outcomes.
