About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and source UX/UI design job opportunities for students.2. Build and maintain professional relationships with hiring companies.
3. Collaborate with hiring companies for campus and mass hiring initiatives.
4. Manage and coordinate student placements.
5. Identify and approach new companies and HR/recruiter contacts.
6. Coordinate interviews, assignments, campus drives, and walk-in drives.
7. Maintain placement databases and daily activity reports.
8. Follow up with candidates and recruiters to ensure smooth placement processes.
