About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Qualification: Contact prospective customers, understand their property requirements, and qualify leads based on budget, location, and buying intent.2. Appointment Scheduling & Follow-up: Schedule site visits or meetings for the sales team and conduct timely follow-ups to keep prospects engaged.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM, update lead status, and ensure professional communication throughout the sales process.

1. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate sales is preferred.

3. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
4. Positive attitude, professional demeanour, and willingness to learn.
