About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to leads generated through ads, walk-ins, referrals, and online inquiries2. Explain services offered (car detailing, ceramic coating, PPF, interior cleaning, etc.) clearly and persuasively
3. Handle customer objections and answer product/service-related questions confidently
4. Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to ensure store visits/conversions
5. Maintain a daily call log and update the CRM/lead sheet with call outcomes
6. Follow up with existing customers for repeat services and upsells
7. Coordinate with the in-store team to confirm bookings and customer requirements
8. Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

4. Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service preferred (freshers may also apply)
5. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
6. Based in or near Pune, able to work from the Viman Nagar location
