Assistant Development Manager - (Hybrid)

Shift Timing: Shift EST US
Work Mode: Hybrid
Cab Facility: Company-provided cab for pick-up and drop as per the Company's transport policy
Medical Policy: Comprehensive medical insurance policy with coverage for specified parents
Support the implementation of performance management programs
Address queries received on the performance mgmt. Administer employee performance cycles -mid year and year end
Explain current and upcoming performance management practices to employees in a thorough and professional manner, ensuring organization-wide understanding and follow-up.
Work closely with HRBPs to track performance improvement plans.
Identify skill gaps and create performance enablement programs through surveys, data and recommend appropriate training or development interventions.
Provide HR Managers with practical training insights and best practices to help enable performance management
Ensure adherence to performance management policies, processes, timelines and systems.
