We are seeking a creative and results-drivenSocial Media Managerto join our dynamic marketing team at Ink In Caps. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a strong understanding of various platforms, and the ability to engage and grow our online community.
Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, and written) across all social media platforms.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online community interactions.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Assist in the development of social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Office timings Monday to Saturday 10.30 am to 7.30 pm (2nd and 4th Saturday and all Sundays will be holiday)
