Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Production
Rs 4.5 - 8.5 lakhs p.a.Posimind
Machine Maintenance • Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected machine failures.
- Perform breakdown maintenance to quickly restore machines to operational condition.
- Diagnose technical problems in CNC, VMC, and SPM machines and implement corrective actions.
Production Support
- Ensure machines are running smoothly to meet production targets.
- Coordinate with the production team to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Technical Knowledge & Computer Skills
- Utilize basic computer skills for logging maintenance data, generating reports, and reviewing machine manuals.
- Understand machine programs and perform basic troubleshooting for CNC and VMC machines.
Safety & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure safe working practices while operating and maintaining machines.
- Suggest and implement improvements to enhance machine performance and life.
Core Competencies
- Hands-on experience in CNC, VMC, and SPM machine maintenance.
- Expertise in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Knowledge of IATF/ISO quality standards and systems.
- Basic computer skills for reporting, documentation, and maintenance tracking.
