Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Production

Machine Maintenance • Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected machine failures.

Perform breakdown maintenance to quickly restore machines to operational condition.
Diagnose technical problems in CNC, VMC, and SPM machines and implement corrective actions.

Production Support

Ensure machines are running smoothly to meet production targets.
Coordinate with the production team to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Technical Knowledge & Computer Skills

Utilize basic computer skills for logging maintenance data, generating reports, and reviewing machine manuals.
Understand machine programs and perform basic troubleshooting for CNC and VMC machines.

Safety & Continuous Improvement

Ensure safe working practices while operating and maintaining machines.
Suggest and implement improvements to enhance machine performance and life.

Core Competencies

Hands-on experience in CNC, VMC, and SPM machine maintenance.
Expertise in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Knowledge of IATF/ISO quality standards and systems.
Basic computer skills for reporting, documentation, and maintenance tracking.
