Health and Safety (HSE) Specialist

DEPARTRMENT: QHSE(Quality, Health, Safety & Environment)

YOUR TASKS:

Co-ordinate HSE communications both reactive and proactive via various methods.
Update training materials and administer programmes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HSE functions to optimize processes and performance.
Co-ordinate the company level HSE reward scheme
Co-ordinate global HSE related surveys, and consequent actions.
Co-ordinate new IT tool proposals and feature developments for existing software
HSE process management and modelling within the company tool.
Development of data reporting dashboards, intelligent data review
Deliver weekly/monthly reporting, trend analysis reports and deep data analysis on cause
Perform data validation audits to ensure data integrity and address findings
Co-ordinate global HSE responses to HSE/Sustainability requests from clients, auditors
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding HSE data and processes.
Perform HSE screening of suppliers in the Sourcing tool, and follow up
Maintain RACI matrix for HSE topics

YOUR PROFILE:

Health and Safety or Environmental qualification
Minimum 2 years’ experience in HSE or Project support function.
Proficiency in use of business software and MS Excel / PowerPoint and PowerBI
Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong organisation, planning and team working skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Decision making, capable of identifying when to escalate

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in working within ISO accredited organisations
Experience of multinational environments where language and timezone need to be considered.
Experience working with SAP, Quentic, BIC, ServiceNow.
