Software Engineer (Ruby, Rails) Remote

Coinbase is seeking software engineer interns to join our team to build out the next generation of crypto-forward products and features. You will solve unique, large scale, highly complex technical problems, bridging the constraints posed by web-scale applications and blockchain technology. You will help build the next generation of systems to make cryptocurrency accessible to everyone across the globe, operating real-time applications with high frequency, low latency updates, and managing the most secure, dockerized infrastructure running in the cloud.

Write high-quality, well-tested code that meets customer needs

Experience in any object-oriented programming language (gained through coursework, personal projects, or work)

Passion for building user-focused experiences

Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

Experience with Golang, MongoDB, AWS, Docker, Postgres, Ruby, or Rails

Experience developing mobile applications using React Native
