Lead Audiologist Bangalore
Clinic & Home-Visit Role | Competitive Salary | Growth Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and driven Lead Audiologist to join our growing team in Bangalore . This hybrid role includes clinic-based services , home visits , and leadership responsibilities .
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day clinic operations
Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and hearing aid fittings
Provide high-quality home-visit audiology services
Generate and nurture leads to grow the clinics client base
Liaise with ENT surgeons, hospitals, and referral partners
Ensure exceptional patient care and service standards
Support training and development of junior staff
Contribute to strategic planning and service enhancement

Who Were Looking For
BASLP/MASLP or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 years of private/commercial audiology experience
