This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administration professional located in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, organizing and coordinating office operations, overseeing facility management, assist with accounting duties, assist with employee onboarding and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, processing documents, assisting in the planning and execution of company events, and supporting the management team with various administrative duties.
Proficiency in office management software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
Experience in Accounting- Zoho, Tally, GST, and TDS is mandatory
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Previous administrative experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management or any related field is preferred
