Senior Electronics Project Engineer

We are looking for 'Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer, DCS' to be based in Pune, India. This position reports to 'Engineering Manager, Projects'.
Work Experience
You must have experience on DCS systems mainly working in Pulp and Paper /Power plant /Process industries.
Planning Phase : Participates in the planning of the project with the project manager with respect to the goals of the project, overall scheduling, risk analysis/contingency plan, and installation checklists.
Basic Engineering : Participates in the Definition phase of the project. Understanding the technical scope as defined in the contract, attending customer kick of meeting, collects starting information, collects & produces definition material for customer and Sales support.
Implementation Phase : Implementation of application engineering, ensuring quality of engineering as per definition, communication with other engineering teams, pre-FAT inspections, factory acceptance test (FAT) plan, attending customer FAT, getting FAT approval from customer, effective implementation for change management and progress reporting, installation & Commissioning of DCS system.
Maintains daily follow-up & reporting practice , organizes site meetings with customer and is responsible for installation , trial runs and final performance acceptance from customer. Engineering Graduate in Instrumentation /Electronics /Electrical or equivalent from reputed university with relevant experience of 4 to 7 years
Experience of project engineering /execution (logic development).
Should be willing to travel extensively within India and overseas.
