Role Responsibilities
Lead endtoend project management for 765/400 kV or 400/220 kV GIS Substation projects.
Review project designs, technical specifications, drawings, and execution plans.
Manage and coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, consultants, and client teams.
Monitor progress, ensure timely execution, and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout execution.
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of GIS substation equipment.
Identify project risks, create mitigation plans, and resolve onsite challenges.
Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and reporting to management/client.
Ensure all documentation, approvals, and statutory clearances are completed on time.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering .
10-20 years of experience in project management and execution of highvoltage substations.
Proven experience in 765/400 kV GIS Substation or 400/220 kV GIS Substation projects is mandatory.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, protection schemes, substation equipment, and construction methodologies.
Familiarity with industry standards (IEC, IS, relevant utility norms).
Strong leadership, decisionmaking, and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
