About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage construction and VDC projects with a strong focus on international (US) project exposure. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with global stakeholders and lead high-impact projects from planning through execution.
The position is ideal for professionals looking to step into a strategic leadership role while managing complex, fast-paced construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management including planning, execution, and delivery
Manage project engineering activities such as change orders, submittals, and coordination
Act as the primary point of contact between leadership, clients, and project teams
Supervise, mentor, and develop project teams across multiple levels
Conduct project meetings and ensure alignment across stakeholders
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Prepare and present project status reports to leadership
Maintain documentation, project records, and compliance standards
Collaborate with international clients and cross-functional teams
Support estimation, resource planning, and project strategy initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• 7–10+ years of experience in construction project management
• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end projects
• Strong experience with change orders, submittals, and project coordination
• 4–5 years of team leadership or supervisory experience
• Exposure to US construction projects or international clients
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Procore, and MS Office
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with reputed construction or engineering firms
Project management certifications or industry affiliations
Experience in VDC or BIM-driven project environments
Strong client-facing and international coordination experience
