SAP Business Process Specialist

Key Responsibilities : - Implement and support SAP Audit Management (on SAP GRC or S/4HANA platform).- Configure and customize audit planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up functionalities.- Integrate SAP Audit Management with SAP GRC, Process Control, and Risk Management modules.- Manage the end-to-end audit process planning, scheduling, conducting audits, findings documentation, and follow-up.- Define audit workflows, checklists, and templates as per organizational policies.- Develop audit reports and dashboards using SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Perform system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.- Ensure compliance with SOX and other internal/external audit standards.Required Skills and Experience : - 5+ years of experience in SAP GRC / Audit Management implementation and support.- Strong knowledge of Audit Management processes, Internal Controls, and Compliance frameworks.- Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori apps, Workflow configuration, and Authorization management.- Good understanding of SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and integration points.- Experience with S/4HANA Audit Management (preferred).- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- SAP certification in GRC / Audit Management is an advantage.
