About the Client: One of our Dubai based client (Hafla - is hiring for a talented Associate - Food & Beverage. As part of the F&B team, you will support our Dubai-based category manager in handling F&B inquiries for events. You'll help planners by sourcing menus, coordinating with caterers, and ensuring smooth communication on requirements like cuisines, dietary preferences, and service styles.
Coordinate with catering suppliers to gather menus, pricing, and availability.
Maintain a database of caterers segmented by cuisine, scale, and specialties.
Track quotations, negotiations, and confirmations in CRM.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or Event Management (1–4 years of experience).
Knowledge of F&B, catering operations, or hospitality industry preferred.
Fluent in English & Hindi; additional languages a plus.
Proficient in CRM tools and Excel/Sheets.
