Position: Product Manager/LeadLocation: SEW.ai - Noida HQCompany Overview:SEW is the #1 Energy and Water AI Cloud SaaS Platform for Digital Customer Experience [CX], Field Workforce Experience [WX], and SmartAI [AI/ML] to hundreds of Global Energy & Utilities.AI Platform helps Energy & Utilities improve their digital customer service, operational efficiency, and maximize return on investments through the end-to-end platform leveraging mobile, AI, Machine Learning and Cloud technologies.Summary:We are now looking for a talented and driven individual to accelerate our efforts and be a major part of our high-quality culture.This person will work closely with product engineers, solution engineering, and product quality team to innovate, build & deliver high quality SmartCX Platform for Energy and Utilities.Experience:Product & Techno-Functional Mindset:- A track record of shipping high quality Enterprise or SaaS products.- Experience in web/mobile applications and interfaces with modern UX/UI patterns.- Experience in 3rd party integrations with understanding of technical concepts and architecture.- Responsibilities:Product Management & Product Development:- Manage the product throughout the product lifecycle, develop product roadmaps and feature solutions.- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance customer satisfaction.- Evaluate product configurations against existing business and system processes of the client.- Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers to think boldly and creatively and then to funnel that energy into concrete products and execution.- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment and transparency.- Assist Quality Management team to make sure deliverables are always at par with defined standards of Product.Leadership Competencies:- Accomplished team leader who demonstrates a flexible approach, aligns with organization and customer vision, and delivers high quality solutions.- Able to establish credibility based on experience and skill set.- Effective when communicating with technical and non-technical individuals to drive understanding and inspire innovation in the Platforms.Preferred Qualifications:- Min 7 - 15 years of hands-on technology product management experience with both web and mobile products with strong technical background.- Bachelor's or master's in computer science or related engineering branches.- Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web / Mobile applications.- NET, Java, Swift UI, Web, Mobile App technologies and Database Engineering.- Good understanding of product integration with Enterprise systems - SAP, Oracle, Salesforces, ServiceNow, Maximo etc.-
