Overall responsible for all aspects of the Security of the plant, employees, and the property
He Will have dotted line reporting to Head of Security on all security related aspects & will keep him in loop in all e-mail correspondence related to Security functions and operations.
Communicate with Head of security regarding security operations, events, incidents, concerns of Security Team members, recommendations, staffing needs, etc. Compliance with management requirements/ directives and statutory compliances.
Conduct of Security risk assessments of site and advise site management on mitigation measures / strategy.
Prepare & Implement Site Security Plan, Emergency Response Plan, and local SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) based on the company Security Manual.
Periodic review of Site Security Plan, local SOPs and associated procedures
Ensure regular conduct of Security Training. Travel as and when required.
